Biography

Keith Wood's Award-winning corporate photography is acclaimed for its raw power and energy. His photographs tell a story and draw upon the hues, textures, shapes and motions of industry and life. His lens has captured the eerie beauty of industrial settings, the joy and vigor of indigenous peoples and the simple elegance of place and time.

Dedicated professionalism, a stellar reputation and extraordinarily creative vision behind the lens have garnered him a vast and varied clientele of creative agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Keith's love of interacting with people and capturing eloquent images have taken him to countries on six continents, most recently South America, West Africa and Europe. He has photographed everyone from anonymous doc workers in Indonesia to high-powered politicians such as Henry Kissinger, Gerald Ford and Dick Cheney.

Keith's timeless location photography has illustrated annual reports, investor magazines and other publications for international corporations such as ExxonMobil, BHP Billiton, TotalFina, American Airlines, Fidelity National Financial, Freeport MacMoRan, Northwest Pipe, Lyondell Chemical, Haliburton, Schlumberger, Occidental Petroleum and Vintage Petroleum.

A graduate of the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, Keith's biggest creative influences are photographer William Albert Allard, artist Edward Hopper, sculptor David Smith and composer/saxophonist John Coltrane. He is also a talented metal sculptor and landscape designer.
