EXXONMOBIL, Hoover Diana project

The sheer size of the Hoover Diana project was something I hadn't seen prior to this assignment. In this shot the work boat and men on the scaffolding are there to open valves in order to balast the cylindar into place.. This was a very tense moment for everyone. There is no second chance here.
