FPSO Worker, Nigeria

I was photographing an FPSO in Nigeria, and it was a particularly intense shoot. In times like that it's important--for the story and for me personally--to capture the human spirit behind the machinery. This fellow carried all my equipment up 15 flights of stairs, smiling all the way, and I couldn't have done the shoot without him. I really appreciated his friendly nature, and it shows in this shot.
